The Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) applicable are those in force on the date of the order. The customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of the special terms and conditions of sale at the time of placing the order and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation. The validation of the Terms and Conditions of Sale (payment and sending of an order confirmation to the customer) is proof of the conclusion of a contract between the company Jungle Feed and the customer.

  • 2. Products.

The products offered for sale on the www.junglefeed.fr website are available. However, if, exceptionally, the product ordered becomes unavailable after the order has been validated, the customer will be informed by e-mail at the latest five (5) working days after the order has been validated. The photographs illustrating the products have no contractual value.

  • 3. Price.

The prices indicated on the www.junglefeed.fr website are indicated in euros (€) “all taxes included”, excluding delivery costs. The value added tax (VAT) is the one in force on the French metropolitan territory on the day of the order. The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the order; the final price being that established at the time of the order confirmation sent by Jungle Feed to the customer. Delivery costs are excluded from the prices indicated, unless otherwise stated. The amount of the shipping costs is communicated to the customer as he purchases, and on his order confirmation. Delivery costs are at the customer’s expense and are invoiced in addition to the sales price of the products.

  • 4. Order.

From the homepage of the Jungle Feed website, the customer can view the digital catalogue and browse through the products on the website. The customer selects the item he or she wishes to purchase and clicks on “Add to cart”. In this way the customer adds the item to their shopping cart. The customer can either continue shopping or check the contents of the basket at any time by clicking on “Basket”. If the customer has finished shopping and wants to complete the purchase, he/she clicks on “Place order” and follows the instructions from the shopping cart to the payment confirmation. The customer can revisit his or her purchases or change the data entered at any time. To complete the purchase process, the customer must identify himself by entering his login and password if he is already registered. If not, the customer must fill in the registration form. Jungle Feed confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address he/she has provided. The sale will only be concluded after the order confirmation. The price due by the customer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation of which the customer has taken cognizance. Jungle Feed reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order (abnormal or abusive claims, abnormal or abusive exchanges and returns). The information given by the customer when placing an order is binding on the customer: in the event of an error in the recipient’s details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

  • 5. Payment.

The price invoiced to the customer is the one indicated on the order confirmation sent to the customer. The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the order. Jungle Feed, via PayPal or Stripe, only accepts payment by credit card (VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS). The invoice amount is debited from the customer’s bank account on the date the products are shipped. For security reasons, the order holder must be the credit card holder. Delivery may not be assured in the event of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French Courts. Once the package is received, the Customer is invited to check that the number of packages and products corresponds to the order, that the packaging is complete, undamaged and well preserved. In the event that any of these circumstances should occur, the customer must immediately dispute the delivery with the deliverer and ask to sign with reservation, indicating on the transport document the words: “I accept with reservation because …” (e.g.: “damaged packaging”). (e.g. “damaged packaging”), signing the document and asking the deliverer to countersign it. This procedure is necessary in order to hold the deliverer responsible for any damage caused by transport. These reservations must be confirmed with the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three (3) days of delivery of the products. A copy shall be sent by email to Jungle Feed at the following address: contact@junglefeed.fr

  • 6. Withdrawal of products in the event of the Customer's absence.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, with their possible labels and accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not be used or damaged. The original box containing the goods must be placed in a specially designed package to protect the original material from damage, marking or alteration.
