General Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These General Conditions of Sale apply exclusively between the company PLANT POWER (called “Junglefeed.fr”) and all persons visiting the Junglefeed.fr website. The same goes for people making a purchase on the junglefeed.fr website. These conditions define the terms of sale between the customer and junglefeed.fr, from ordering to delivery including services and payment.

2. Price

All prices visible on the junglefeed.fr website are displayed in euros, all taxes included. They apply when the customer validates the order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery is made via Colissimo relay pickup, with an estimated time between 48 and 72 working hours after dispatch of the order. Delivery times are indicative. 4. Payment

Payment for orders is made with a credit card or PayPal.

5. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the items to exercise their right of withdrawal. Without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of product return costs which remain their responsibility. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and complete.

6. Guarantees

The products supplied by junglefeed.fr benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned and refunded in accordance with current legislation.

7. Dispute resolution

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of the contract concluded between Junglefeed.fr and the customer, even in the event of multiple defendants, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts. The customer is also informed of the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of dispute resolution.

What is Jungle Feed?

Jungle Feed is a young company which aims to democratize the cultivation of indoor plants. we increasingly feel the need to bring nature into our living spaces.
This craze, called "rewilding", invites people to travel and explore plants to the point that some people maintain a veritable little jungle in their apartments.

Our 100% natural products. The Jungle Stick and Jungle Buddies are made from organic, healthy and eco-responsible material. Jungle Feed products are intended to be aesthetic because in fact, their use on plants is completely invisible. Also, the packaging is made in collaboration with French artists.

How to use Jungle Buddies?

1. Remove the nematodes from the refrigerator and leave them at room temperature (around 20°C) for 30 minutes.
2. In 10 to 12 liters of water between 10 to 15°C, shake gently to disperse the product in the water.
3. Mix well and let sit for five minutes to rehydrate the nematodes.
4. Gently stir the mixture to make it completely homogeneous.
5. Empty the contents into a watering can and top up with the necessary quantity of water. Shake the mixture to keep the nematodes in suspension throughout the application.
6. Moisten the soil or plants beforehand, depending on the location of application. This allows the nematodes to move better in the open water below the soil surface and thus find their hosts more easily during application.
7. Water immediately. Distribute the mixture evenly over the floor.
8. Keep the substrate or foliage moist, depending on the method of application.

How to use the Jungle Stick?

At the start of each season, lightly scrape the soil surface and deposit the quantity of
necessary fertilizer, the product specifically designed for slow diffusion throughout a season. Nutrients are released into the soil gradually with each watering.

The granules can be used mixed with the potting substrate; their slow diffusion allows better rooting.

Are your products dangerous for animals?

By their composition, our products are safe for human and animal health, they respect nature and do not cause any risk of resistance among pests.

Real Made in France! All our products are imagined, conceptualized and produced in France.

All instructions specific to each product are detailed on the product packaging and on our website.

How are your products packaged for shipping?

Our products are carefully packaged in durable and environmentally friendly materials to ensure maximum protection during transport.
